Synthetic fabric kuro tomesode kimono (a formal style of kimono worn by married women).
A beautifully yuzen-zome dyed kimono, with an elegant peony blossoms decoration.
Vintage item believed to be made in 1970 to 2000.
Little wear, both the outer and inner fabrics are in good condition for a used piece.
How ever, it has some slight stains on the collar but not so noticeable.
And the fabric of the lining and "hiyoku" is also synthetic.
Can be worn as part of a formal kimono outfit,
or can also be used for display/decoration.
